- Elevators’ Call Center & Customer Service Executive: We are searching for an amicable Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Executive. Duties include tending to inquiries by phone and feedback from clients. Make use of the appropriate channels to defer these, where necessary. Continuously brainstorm ways to provide a more pleasant and efficient service to customers.
— High school diploma, or equivalent.
— Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Representative, or similar.
— Bilingual, Arabic & English languages.
— Exceptional verbal communication skills.
— Computer literate.
— Ability to craft professional emails.
— Active listening skills and attention to minutiae.
— Solid awareness of skill set and willingness to refer customers for help, as needed.
- Elevators Sales & Marketing Executive: We are looking to hire an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to help drive company sales. Have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques and a passion for sales.
— High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
— Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
— High-level communication and networking skills.
— Excellent interpersonal skills.
— Ability to work well under pressure.
