Car elevators with a wide cabin and heavy-duty structure to move vehicles between parking levels, villas and showrooms — a practical solution where a ramp is not possible.
Why car elevators need periodic maintenance
Preventive maintenance finds wear and small issues before they become breakdowns and downtime, and extends product life.
What a periodic inspection covers
- Safety systems and brakes
- Cleaning and lubricating moving parts
- Testing the controller, buttons and sensors
- A written report of findings
Maintenance with Modayan
We maintain 3,000+ units across Kuwait with scheduled visits, a 24/7 emergency team and genuine parts.
What maintenance protects
- Large cabin for heavy loads
- Saves ramp space
- Remote or in-car operation (model dependent)
- Door and load safety systems
Modern monitoring
- Automatic doors with remote or card operation
How to know maintenance is done right
Ask for a clear visit schedule, a written report after each visit showing what was checked, and advance notice of any part that needs replacing. This transparency is the difference between real maintenance and a token visit for your car elevators.
